Concrete Hardener,Early strength agent, for foam concrete is one of the concrete admixtures. Concrete early strength agent refers to an additive that can improve the early strength of concrete and has no significant effect on the later strength. The primary function of early strength agent is to accelerate the hydration rate of cement and promote the development of early strength of concrete. TR-31 has the advantages of stable performance, strong adaptability, low cost, high early strength effect, and so on.

Advantages of Concrete Hardener

(1) Fast setting and hardening, the setting time can be adjusted;

(2)The strength in the later period increases steadily, increasing the early strength by 10-30%;

(3)It has micro-expansion properties. During the hydration process, more hydrated calcium sulfate is formed to cause the cement to expand slightly, thus having good compactness;

(4)Excellent corrosion resistance, it can still exert high strength under low-temperature conditions.

Application of Concrete Hardener

(1)TR-31 does not contain chloride ions and has no rusting effect on steel bars. It is suitable for all civil, industrial buildings and pre-stressed reinforced concrete components, mortar, etc.

(2)TR-31 is suitable for construction under low temperature in early winter and early spring season;

(3)It is used in Portland cement, especially for the enhancement and modification of slag cement.

Usage of Concrete Hardener

1. Dosage: 0.8-1.5% of cement;

2. In order to maintain the uniform quality of the concrete mixed with TR-31, the mixing time is extended by 1-2 minutes;

3. If the agent has agglomerated phenomenon due to moisture, it must be crushed or weathered before use, and its performance remains unchanged.

Packaging and preservation of Concrete Hardener for foam concrete

Early strength agent for foam concrete is packed in 25 kg/bag and stored in a dry, airtight, and sealed condition.
